Developing Exceptional School Leaders
Strong schools start with strong leadership. CSCOE invests in principals through targeted leadership development opportunities designed to build confident, mission-driven leaders who can drive excellence in their schools.
These programs are offered at no cost to principals, ensuring every school has access to high-quality formation, growth opportunities, and a supportive community of peers. Through cohort-based learning, coaching and practical application, principals are equipped not only to grow as leaders, but to connect, collaborate and lead with renewed confidence.
What does it include?
- ANet Leadership: In partnership with Achievement Network (ANet), this small-group experience strengthens instructional leadership, helping principals build a culture of excellent teaching and learning.
- Leveraging the Leader in You: A yearlong leadership formation experience with coaching and peer collaboration, designed to help principals lead with clarity, confidence and purpose.

Academic Excellence
Strong instruction is the heart of a thriving school.
CSCOE delivers research-based professional development that strengthens literacy, mathematics and STEM instruction across preschool–eighth grade classrooms. Through programs such as Catalyst, Thinking Math, STEM and other academic initiatives, educators receive practical tools, coaching and collaborative learning experiences that elevate student achievement.
These efforts ensure students master foundational skills, build confidence and are prepared for long-term success.
Leadership Development

CSCOE offers yearlong leadership formation designed to build confident, mission-driven principals. Through principal cohorts, executive coaching and partnerships such as Achievement Network (ANet) and Leveraging the Leader in U, leaders sharpen their instructional focus, strengthen school culture and lead with clarity and purpose.
