With a B.A. in International Studies and an M.A. in English from the University of St. Thomas, Phil has spent his career making words—and the people behind them—shine. After 27 years in higher education, including playing a key role in a $500 million capital campaign, he transitioned from university halls to Catholic school communities, bringing his expertise to a new and deeply meaningful mission.
