Associate Director of Preschool Excellence

Katie Worm earned her degree in Early Childhood Education from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and has dedicated her career to supporting young learners and Catholic school communities. Her experience includes teaching third grade, kindergarten, ECFE classes, and prekindergarten, as well as serving as a Preschool Program Curriculum Coordinator and Preschool Program Director—giving her both classroom and leadership expertise.

Katie is inspired by the opportunity to expand access to high-quality, faith-based early childhood education. She is passionate about helping schools build sustainable preschool programs, knowing that a strong start leads to long-term success for students and strengthens the entire school community. She thrives in CSCOE’s collaborative culture and shared commitment to meaningful impact.

A defining moment in her career came while visiting a school that had recently expanded its preschool program with CSCOE’s support. Seeing the joy of teachers, engagement of students, and gratitude of families reinforced her belief that this work is about more than growth—it’s about creating faith-filled environments where young learners can thrive.
